TrueEV, the exclusive importer, distributor and retailer of XPENG for the Australian market, is today announcing the official launch of online pre-orders for the highly anticipated XPENG G6 electric vehicles in Australia.
Starting from today, Friday 21st June 2024, TrueEV will be accepting online pre-orders for the XPENG G6 models. Customers can secure their vehicle with a fully refundable deposit of $1,000, ensuring priority access to the first deliveries expected in Q4 of this year. Vehicles can be picked up from designated delivery centres in Sydney, Brisbane, or Melbourne, with home delivery available free of charge for most locations.
The XPENG G6 lineup includes two variants: the XPENG G6 Standard Range Battery and the XPENG G6 Long Range Battery. Both models feature an 800V XPower electric drive system delivering impressive performance with a maximum power output of 190 kW for the Standard and 210 kW for the Long variant, and a maximum torque of 440 Nm. The XPENG G6 Standard offers a WLTP driving range of 435 km, while the XPENG G6 Long extends this range to 570 km. Both variants feature rear-wheel drive and are available in a range of colours including Arctic White, Silver Frost, Graphite Grey, Midnight Black, and Fiery Orange. Interior options come in either white or black, complemented by stylish 20″ Sports Wheels.
Recently, the XPENG G6 was announced as the record holder and clear winner for range and charging efficiency relative to its price in the El Prix NAF Summer Test, the world’s largest EV
test. Competing against 26 EV participants, including traditional luxury and top-selling brands, the G6 was tested for both range and charging speed.
